Learn a language by travelling through the country that speaks it.

No loose lists of words. Instead, a country, a route and a reason to say every sentence.

Passo a passo.Step by step.

The journey, step by step

  1. 01

    Choose your course

A1 if you are starting from zero, A2 if you already know the basics. There is no test: you decide.

  2. 02

    Each district is a unit

Vocabulary, grammar and culture grow out of the place: the market in Porto, the students of Coimbra, the tram in Lisboa.

  3. 03

    Learn, play, practise

Lessons of 8 to 16 minutes, with key expressions, exercises and games. Always European Portuguese, never Brazilian.

  4. 04

    Complete missions with Gil

Missions like “Encontra o Gil” make you use the language to solve something, not just repeat it.

  5. 05

    Collect souvenirs of the journey

Every district you complete gives you a passport stamp and a postcard, and achievements mark the way.

  6. 06

    Keep the habit

XP, a daily streak and four daily challenges help you come back a little every day.

The exercises at each stop

Multiple choice
